About The Position

This role supports client satisfaction and internal operations by coordinating projects, managing inventory, and ensuring service level expectations are met. The Assistant Account Manager acts as an extension of the Account Manager, maintaining momentum across client interactions and team workflows while fostering collaboration and consistency. The work ensures clients receive exceptional service and timely solutions, strengthening trust and long-term relationships. By keeping projects on track and inventory accurate, this role helps prevent disruptions and maintain operational excellence. The ability to guide team members and uphold standards contributes directly to departmental success and a positive client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in project coordination, client services, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with MIS platforms like PACE.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and internal team interactions.
  • Detail-oriented approach to documentation, proofing, and quality control.
  • Ability to influence and guide team members without formal authority.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Multi-family industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory across multiple product lines, including replenishment and reporting.
  • Assist in project management for campaigns and custom client initiatives.
  • Prepare notes and documentation for client calls and departmental meetings.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Uphold SOPs and assist in updating processes for efficiency and accuracy.
