About The Position

Constrafor is a SaaS and fintech platform purpose-built for construction, aiming to set new standards of productivity and cost-efficiency for General Contractors and Subcontractors. With over $30 million in VC financing, the company is focused on advancing construction innovation. They are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Coordinator to join their team. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with existing subcontractor clients and helping expand the participation of their Early Pay Program. The Account Coordinator will collaborate closely with sales, credit, and finance teams to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and maximize customer growth, playing a crucial role in supporting the account management team and ensuring the smooth operation of their customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the financial services or construction industry.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of 20-30 clients at any given time.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a bias towards action
  • Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of financial concepts such as cash flow management or receivable financing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients utilizing Constrafor's Early Pay Program.
  • Prepare and process client requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with SMB subcontractors.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and features of the Early Pay Program, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless ongoing support for our clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for expanding the usage of our EPP product.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to effectively position Constrafor's Early Pay Program in the market.
