About The Position

The Asset Manager reports to the Vice President of Finance and assists with the life cycle management and reporting of data center assets. The role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, supporting commercial and operational activities, and providing executive reporting on asset-level performance.

The Asset Manager assists in preparing asset-level revenue, operating expense, and capital expenditure budgets in coordination with Corporate FP&A, provides executive reporting on asset performance, and helps update forecasts as needed. The role also evaluates new business and renewal opportunities against portfolio-specific and general firm investment criteria. Due diligence includes analyzing tenants and in-place leases, operating and financial statements, market and competitive position, and other property-level factors to optimize profitability and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of real estate experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to undertake detailed analysis and make well-reasoned, decisive recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing asset-level revenue, Opex, and Capex budgets in coordination with the Corporate FP&A team.
• Provide executive reporting on asset performance and assist with updating forecasts as needed.
• Target and evaluate new business and renewal opportunities in conjunction with portfolio-specific and general firm investment criteria.
• Analyze tenants and in-place leases, operating and financial statements, market and competitive position, and other pertinent property-level factors to optimize profitability and customer service.
• Support commercial and operational activities related to data center assets.
