About The Position

This role performs a wide variety of mechanical assembly operations, including skilled hand work and use of automated production equipment. Work includes use of epoxies and assembly of small parts. The position requires understanding technical specifications, terms, and documents; following methods and operation sequences; and making setups and adjustments to meet blueprint tolerances. This is a first-shift position with a Monday–Thursday 4/10 schedule, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
• Minimal job knowledge and skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly operations using skilled hand work and/or automated production equipment.
• Use epoxies in assembly work.
• Interpret technical specifications, terms, and documents.
• Follow methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, bonding application, and torque assembly.
• Work with small parts and assembly tools.
• Make setups and adjustments while maintaining tolerances to blueprint specifications.
