About The Position
The Assembler performs a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, which may involve skilled hand work or automated production equipment. The work includes understanding technical specifications and documents and following methods and operation sequences for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing. The Assembler sets up and adjusts work to meet blueprint tolerances. This is an entry-level individual contributor role involving routine tasks under close supervision, with detailed instructions and close peer review. The role follows established procedures and escalates issues to a supervisor. Work supports operational targets within the job area and is limited in scope.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
- Minimal job knowledge and skills are required.
