About The Position
Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for Assembly Production Worker at our plant in New Paris, IN. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 40 hours a week, from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The starting pay is $20.64/hr, with the potential to increase to $22.64/hr after 60 days with positive reviews. Additionally, employees are eligible for an Attendance Bonus averaging an additional $50/week after the first week of work. Requirements
- Experience using a screw gun for assembly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous lifting to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

- Willing to work overtime and possibly multiple or different tasks daily as needed.
