About The Position

Smoker Craft, Inc. is hiring an Assembly Production Worker at its plant in New Paris, Indiana. The role involves producing quality work within defined time frames while working in an assembly-line and team environment. Employees must be flexible about assignments and changing working hours, maintain a safe and clean work area, and be willing to work overtime or handle different tasks as needed. The starting pay is $20.64 per hour, with the possibility of an increase to $22.64 per hour after 60 days based on positive reviews. After the first week of work, employees are eligible for an attendance bonus averaging an additional $50 per week. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Smoker Craft is a family-owned and operated company with five generations of history. Requirements

Experience using a screw gun for assembly.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift continuously up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
