About The Position

Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric, is seeking an Assembler to help produce residential and commercial water treatment systems. The role involves assembling equipment and kits accurately according to detailed instructions, operating a forklift safely, and working across various workstations to meet production schedules. The Assembler identifies and reports quality, equipment, process, and material concerns while following company quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Be punctual and dependable, with great attendance.
• Follow instructions and work efficiently, with a strong work ethic and attention to quality.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to two or more years of experience in a manufacturing-type position preferred.
• Forklift certification and one to three or more years of forklift experience preferred.
