About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring an Assembly team member in Sunnyvale, Texas, for a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role supports assembly tasks, organizes materials, inspects parts, and helps keep production moving efficiently. Team members prepare components, follow work instructions, package finished items, and maintain a clean work area while focusing on accuracy, safety, and daily production goals. The position requires dependable, detail-oriented workers who are comfortable with hands-on, repetitive work and standing throughout the shift. The job is temporary and pays $16–$18.50 per hour. Shifts are available on first shift (5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.), second shift (1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.), and third shift (9:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.). The anticipated start date is ASAP. Weekly pay and direct deposit or debit card payment options are offered, along with insurance benefits for eligible employees and staffing-team support throughout the assignment. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Requirements

• Warehouse experience.
• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Comfort performing repetitive hands-on assembly tasks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
