Assembly Production Manager

About The Position

As an Assembly Production Manager at Cirkul, you will increase production capacity while meeting safety, quality, and cost KPIs for the Assembly department. You will lead, coach, develop, and train Assembly department members to build organizational capacity and meet business needs. The role involves overseeing production systems, coordinating production and operating blending technicians, and working with maintenance, engineering, and other production departments to drive output.

Requirements

Relevant four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
5–10 years of manufacturing experience.
2–5 years of high-speed assembly or packaging experience.
2–5 years of manufacturing leadership or other relevant leadership experience.
Willingness to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience.
Positive attitude, ability to work with multiple levels of employees, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with manufacturing systems, including continuous improvement, autonomous maintenance, preventative maintenance, process control, 5S, and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and improve production systems and processes.
Directly supervise and coordinate production and operating blending technicians.
Identify production gaps and implement systems to maximize production.
Set daily, monthly, and yearly department and team goals in collaboration with leadership.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and other production departments to drive output.
Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Lead and develop team members.
Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of blends.
Maximize production throughput in the department.
Develop and maintain cell layouts to improve production efficiency.
