About The Position

As an Assembly Production Manager at Cirkul, you will increase production capacity while meeting safety, quality, and cost KPIs for the Assembly department. You will lead, coach, develop, and train Assembly department members to build organizational capacity and meet the company’s business needs.

The role includes building and improving production systems and processes, supervising production and operating blending technicians, identifying production gaps, and setting department and team goals with leadership. You will work with maintenance, engineering, and other production departments to drive output, ensure safety and quality standards, manage production schedules for timely delivery of blends, and improve throughput and cell layout efficiency.

Requirements

• Relevant four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience.
• 2–5 years of high-speed assembly or packaging experience.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing leadership or other relevant leadership experience.
• Willingness to work hard and stay until the job is complete.
• Resilience, a positive attitude, and willingness to work with employees at multiple levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with manufacturing systems and practices, including continuous improvement, autonomous maintenance, preventative maintenance, process control, 5S, and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and train team members.
• Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of blends.
• Maximize production throughput in the department.
• Develop and maintain cell layout to improve production efficiency.
