About The Position

Cadrex is seeking an Assembly Operator I to assemble work-in-progress parts into finished goods through processes including sonic welding, heat staking, gluing, screw insertion, and other assembly operations. The work must meet customer and ISO standards. The role is onsite and scheduled Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Basic oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to take and retain direction.
• High school diploma.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in injection molding or manufacturing assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, label, mill, route, punch, sand, insert, make, and package plastic parts.
• Document production and scrap on daily sheets, including labels, production tags, and hourly rate sheets.
• Report defects or issues to the supervisor.
• Work safely and comply with OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the shift supervisor or management.
