About The Position

POLYWOOD is seeking leaders for its expanding Roxboro operation who are passionate about developing people, solving problems, and driving teams to achieve exceptional results. This role is ideal for individuals with manufacturing experience who are ready to step into a leadership position, whether they have prior supervisory experience or have demonstrated leadership in roles such as Team Lead, Trainer, Crew Leader, or Lead Operator. The core of this position involves building trust, fostering talent, and creating a supportive environment where employees can perform at their best. Leaders will focus on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement, while also coaching, mentoring, and developing their teams. Experience working in manufacturing
Ability to help a team succeed
Lead with integrity
Communicate effectively
Genuinely enjoy helping others grow
Previous supervisory experience is welcome, but not required
Candidates who have served as Team Leads, Trainers, Crew Leaders, Lead Operators, Cell Leaders, or other informal leadership roles and are ready for greater responsibility are of particular interest
Understand that leadership is earned every day through consistency, accountability, and service to your team
