Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of instructors and customer service professionals
- Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and results
- Deliver an outstanding experience for swimmers and their families
- Support site operations, staffing, scheduling, and program growth
- Drive performance through coaching, accountability, and development
- Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for team members and guests
- Partner with leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
