Requirements
- Experience working in manufacturing and understanding what it takes to help a team succeed
- Lead with integrity
- Communicate effectively
- Genuinely enjoy helping others grow
- Previous supervisory experience is welcome, but not required
- Experience as Team Leads, Trainers, Crew Leaders, Lead Operators, Cell Leaders, or other informal leadership roles and are ready for greater responsibility
- Understand that leadership is earned every day through consistency, accountability, and service to your team

- Lead a manufacturing team toward safety, quality, and production goals
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees

- Identify and develop future leaders
- Drive accountability while maintaining trust and respect
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to improve performance
- Help create an environment where employees feel valued and supported
