About The Position

Dynatect is seeking a reliable, detail-focused Assembler to join its production team in Valparaiso, Indiana. The role involves hands-on assembly of tracks, doors, and other products according to customer specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The assembler works across production areas and workstations, performs quality checks, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or higher-level education.
Previous experience in a relevant role.
Proven record of stable work history and exemplary attendance.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and instructions.
Comfort using hand tools such as riveters, saws, and other assembly equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work in different areas of production as needed.
Dependable, team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret job cards, technical drawings, and instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
Assemble components using fastening methods such as bolting, riveting, clipping, and screwing.
Operate handheld tools and portable machinery to complete assembly tasks.
Position and align parts correctly before fastening them to meet specifications.
Work across multiple workstations and rotate tasks based on production needs.
Assist with machine operations for force-fitting and fastening processes.
Cut and shape materials to required dimensions.
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards and are defect-free.
Follow company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Work respectfully and collaboratively with team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly workspace.
Support the team with other duties as assigned.
