About The Position

Caerus Corp is seeking dedicated Assemblers to join its production team at its Blaine, Minnesota headquarters. The Assembler builds products according to standard work instructions, operates production equipment, and performs quality checks to ensure finished goods meet quality standards. The work takes place in a non-cleanroom manufacturing environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., on a four-day, ten-hour schedule. The role is full-time, with no travel required. The posted pay range is $15.00–$16.00 per hour. Responsibilities

Assemble products by following standard work instructions and processes.
Operate production equipment, including sewing machines, cutting machines, and gluing tools.
Use hand tools and measuring devices, such as rulers, calipers, and gauges, with precision and accuracy.
Perform in-process and final quality checks through visual inspection and gauging.
Assemble and package component parts and finished products.
Identify and report product discrepancies to the supervisor or lead.
Accurately complete documentation on work performed and quality results.
Support continuous improvement efforts by offering feedback and suggestions.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
Stay current with manufacturing procedures and participate in learning opportunities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
