About The Position

Caerus Corp is seeking dedicated Assemblers to join its production team. The role assembles products using standard work instructions, operates production equipment, and performs quality checks to ensure finished goods meet required standards. The work is in a non-cleanroom manufacturing environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a four-day, 10-hour workweek and a three-day weekend. The listed pay range is $15.00–$16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by following standard work instructions and processes.
• Operate production equipment, including sewing machines, cutting machines, and gluing tools.
• Use hand tools and measuring devices such as rulers, calipers, and gauges precisely and accurately.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks through visual inspection and gauging.
• Assemble and package component parts and finished products.
• Identify and report product discrepancies to a supervisor or lead.
• Complete documentation accurately for work performed and quality results.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by offering feedback and suggestions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Stay current with manufacturing procedures and participate in learning opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
