About The Position

The Assembler performs production line duties, collaborates with team members to meet production goals, and helps identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality throughout the manufacturing process. The position is full-time and located at the Corporate Office in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. Multiple shifts are available.

Full-time employees may earn a weekly attendance bonus of an additional $1.00 per hour for every hour worked by working all scheduled shifts during the week.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Ability to continuously lift and handle materials weighing up to 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools, assembly equipment, and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete production tasks efficiently.
• Rotate between assigned tasks and production processes as needed.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Package and prepare completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
