About The Position

This is a temporary assignment through October 2026, working directly with manufacturing technicians, test engineers, and supervisors. You will help the team deliver quality mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies on a 1st-shift, onsite schedule (6am–3pm, Mon–Fri). Your work ensures on-time delivery to customers and supports continuous improvement efforts across production and test operations.

Requirements

• Two or more years of industry experience in assembly/test within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.
• Strong mechanical reasoning and ability to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and demonstrate effective verbal, written, and basic computer skills.
• Experience applying product and process knowledge and implementing lean initiatives.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Soldering certification per customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex assembly and test tasks using hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, fixtures, and inspection equipment.
• Record and interpret test results using electrical test equipment and flow measurement devices; identify malfunctions and rework as instructed.
• Read and apply blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directives to produce conforming assemblies.
• Assemble, test, and solder components to customer and industry standards; perform touch-up and surface painting as needed.
• Participate in lean initiatives by identifying opportunities for productivity and cost improvements; assist in training less-experienced team members.
• Maintain safety standards and a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area; ensure equipment calibration per schedule.
