About The Position

Safety-Kleen is seeking an Assembler (Reconditioner) Lead in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The role leads and coordinates team members reconditioning parts washer machines. The lead is responsible for troubleshooting, disassembling, and assembling mechanical and electrical equipment; completing scheduled production in accordance with company guidelines; providing direction and mentoring team members; and maintaining a neat, clean work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in a lead role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, disassemble, and assemble various mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Complete scheduled production while adhering to company guidelines.
• Provide direction to and mentor team members.
• Maintain a neat and clean work environment.
