About The Position
Safety-Kleen in New Berlin, Wisconsin, is hiring an Assembler (Reconditioner) Lead to lead and coordinate team members reconditioning parts washer machines. The role involves troubleshooting, disassembling, and assembling mechanical and electrical equipment; completing scheduled production according to company guidelines; providing direction and mentoring team members; and maintaining a neat and clean work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of experience in a lead role.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, disassemble, and assemble various mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Complete scheduled production while adhering to company guidelines.
- Provide direction to and mentor team members.
- Ensure a neat and clean work environment.
