About The Position

Tyson Foods is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to assemble snack trays according to company standards. The role involves checking ingredient accuracy and tray presentation, following food safety and sanitation procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, organized workstation. The facility produces products including Hillshire Snack packs, Jimmy Dean Breakfast bowls, and Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches, and handles pork products; depending on business needs, employees may be assigned to work directly with pork products.

This is a second-shift position at the Caseyville, Illinois facility. The listed hours are 2:45 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed. The facility operates five to six days per week. Starting base pay is $18.80 per hour, with a shift increase for second and third shifts. Relocation assistance is not available. The position offers advancement opportunities and steady work.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assemble snack trays according to established recipes and portion guidelines.
• Inspect trays to confirm all required components are present and properly arranged.
• Add missing items so products meet quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Promptly report product or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
