Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 4 months of manufacturing environment experience
Ability to read, write, and understand basic English
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and pallet jacks
Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail

Responsibilities

Prepare and manufacture pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, and/or medical devices following strict safety and quality guidelines
Operate manufacturing equipment and tools with care, maintaining compliance with FDA, OSHA, and company standards
Transport materials safely using material handling equipment; seek help as needed for heavier loads
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper labeling and storage of chemicals
Identify, report, and respond appropriately to workplace hazards, spills, and near misses
Complete all required regulatory and operator training programs on time
Demonstrate initiative by proposing improvements to products, services, or processes
Work overtime as requested to support production goals
Collaborate with team members and support additional projects as assigned
