About The Position

Join our team as an Assembler 1, General, specializing in production housekeeping at our El Paso, TX facility. This role is vital for maintaining a clean and organized production environment, directly supporting overall operational efficiency. You'll contribute to a positive team atmosphere, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met on every shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean production floors using dust mops, wet mops, and approved chemicals.
• Buff and maintain floor surfaces as scheduled.
• Sanitize doors, windows, fire extinguishers, desk areas, chairs, and copy machines in the production area.
• Empty trash cans from assembly, packaging, and transition rooms; replace liners as needed.
• Replace sticky mats and maintain cleanliness in transition rooms.
• Organize and clean the mop closet regularly.
• Wash mops and mop buckets at the end of every shift; change mop heads as required.
• Participate in process improvement and special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
• Collaborate positively with team members to support a clean and safe work environment.
