About The Position
Join BD Pharmaceutical Company and make a difference in global health. As an Assembler 1, General, you will play a key role in producing life-saving medical devices and active pharmaceutical ingredients. This is a hands-on manufacturing position on our 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) with a focus on quality, safety, and learning. Interviews are held in person. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 4 months’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic English
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment, hand tools, or pallet jacks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Assemble, prepare, and manufacture products following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools safely
- Transport materials of varying weights using approved handling equipment
- Monitor safety procedures and support a safe, clean work environment
- Identify, document, and respond to workplace hazards or environmental concerns
- Complete required regulatory and operator training programs
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and product quality
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by supervisors
- Available for overtime as needed
