Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-1 year of manufacturing assembly experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Effective communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork abilities
• Ability to pass a vision and color exam (20/30 vision, with or without corrective lenses)
• Comfortable working flexible or extended hours (F Shift: 8:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.; 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
• Must wear steel toe shoes

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (first preference given)
• Proficient with microscopes and measurement tools

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and package medical devices following strict SOPs and quality standards
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment as assigned
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
• Rotate through various production tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Accurately interpret written instructions and perform basic math calculations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
