About The Position
The Miami, Florida office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Asbestos and Toxic Tort Practices. The role involves asbestos and/or toxic tort (chemical exposure) litigation. Lewis Brisbois’s toxic tort defense work includes multidistrict and mass tort proceedings, and its asbestos practice represents clients in state and federal courts nationwide. The firm serves as national coordinating counsel, regional counsel, and local counsel for defendants across industries including shipbuilding, energy, education, and construction.
Requirements
- Three to fifteen years of experience in asbestos and/or toxic tort (chemical exposure) litigation.
- Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
