About The Position

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver with an active clearance in Fort Worth, Texas, you will safeguard clients at an aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine armed patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, respond professionally to site needs, and provide customer service and clear communication. The role is full-time and pays $27.32 per hour. The posted schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Texas Level III Armed Certification.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of employment background investigation and drug screening, as applicable and permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements that apply under state and/or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, and promptly report observations through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of office areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify irregular conditions.
• Monitor access to controlled areas, verify credentials as directed, and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific requirements.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
