Armed Security Officer
About The Position
Securitas is hiring an Armed Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients. The officer actively monitors premises, patrols a variety of locations, preserves order, and enforces site regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. Officers may also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers, while serving as a physical deterrent. The position includes full training. Applicants with security, law enforcement, or military experience may be a good fit. A minimum of one year of security experience is required. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and have open availability for all shifts, including weekends. Applicants who already hold an Armed DCJS license will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 30 working days. The advertised wage is $19.50–$20.00 per hour.
