About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring Armed Security Officers for a new data center construction site in Hubbard, Texas. The role serves and safeguards clients, including by carrying out site-specific safety and security procedures, responding to incidents, and patrolling the business and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary. All shifts are available, and the position pays $29.00 per hour. Uniforms are provided, and pay is weekly.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security experience.
- An active Level 3 Commission Security License in hand.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- A valid driver's license and at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfort working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Participation in industry-specific security and safety training programs.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation and, to the extent permitted by law, a drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
