About The Position

The Armed Driver/Messenger is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of valuables. The role involves interacting professionally with customers, building rapport, and meeting high customer-service standards. Drivers issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify each transfer, follow strict driver-safety practices in all weather conditions, and remain vigilant for the safety and security of customers, colleagues, and the community. All positions are armed, and employees must have and maintain the licenses or permits required for their area.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid and clean driver's license.
• Have, or be able to obtain and maintain, active guard and firearm permits or licenses as required by state regulations.
• Have strong customer-service skills and communicate effectively in person and by radio.
• Be willing to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions.
• Be able to perform heavy lifting of 50 pounds or more.
