About The Position

The Area Store Manager Trainee (SMT) classification provides structured training and development for individuals sponsored by the Home Office, with the goal of preparing and placing them in a permanent Store Manager position after successful completion of the SMT Program. The program combines in-store operational training, online learning, role-based immersion, and in-person live training events. Trainees progressively learn, practice, and demonstrate proficiency in major areas of store operations while supporting daily functions at assigned training locations.
