We are looking for an Area Manager to join our Indigo Urgent Care team and oversee our clinic locations in Gig Harbor, WA. You will also have a home base in Renton where the Indigo Urgent Care training facility is located. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
  • Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations that are geographically dispersed in the region.
  • Engages in and coaches the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members.
  • Travels to the various clinics on a regular basis and is available during business hours (including night/weekends/holidays/on-call rotation).
  • Maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development.
  • Maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites.
