Mountain Home Area Care Tech 250 Sign On Bonus
About The Position
The Area Care Tech (ACT) supports clients when regular staff are unavailable, maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. The role involves providing care in various client homes across assigned areas and is suited to experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing quality care. Eligible employees receive a $250 sign-on bonus split into two $125 installments across their first two paychecks. Employees must work at least 20 hours per week during each applicable pay period to qualify for that installment; otherwise, the payment is forfeited. Daily Pay is available, allowing employees to get paid the day after working.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Have current auto insurance.
- Be willing to travel to client homes as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Active CNA or PCA license; alternatively, willingness to become a PCA.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming.
- Support safe mobility and transfers.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Document care activities and report changes in client condition.
- Respond promptly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas.
