In this key position, you will join a dynamic, innovative, and Customer driven Field team. As Area After Sales Manager, you will coach dealers and implement business development tactics and leverage marketing programs to ensure the growth of the Parts and Service business. This role will be responsible to visit dealerships on a regular basis to observe processes, identify performance opportunities and provide face to face guidance to implementation business plans and strategies to increase Customer Satisfaction, and grow Parts and Service market share within agreed upon business objectives. You will be responsible to manage the performance of Dealers and work cooperatively in a dynamic environment, with various stakeholders. You will analyze Financial Statements, review Performance reports and identify trends to develop comprehensive and innovative service, parts, accessory sales tactics to facilitate the attainment of Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. Work with Dealer Principals, General Managers and Fixed Operations staff to develop and execute business plans that ensure consistent high-quality customer-oriented processes that meet Volkswagen Operating Standards. Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to maximize Dealer engagement in all Brand activities, building a relationship of trust and support that result in mutually desired outcomes for both the Dealers and Volkswagen.
