About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking an experienced Certified Volkswagen Technician to join their dynamic service department. This is an opportunity to further your career with a well-established, family-owned company in the Pacific Northwest. As a Master/Certified Volkswagen Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of Volkswagen vehicles, ensuring all work meets Kendall and manufacturer standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of previous Volkswagen technician experience at a dealership.
Must have the ability to work on a wide variety of Volkswagen vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, and kneeling.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds is occasionally required.

Nice To Haves

Current Volkswagen certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and identify vehicle issues.
Perform adjustments, calibrations, and replenishing fluids.
Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components.
Repair or replace parts, using independent judgment when necessary.
Road test vehicles to ensure quality of work and resolve any remaining issues.
Document work completed and track time per manufacturer and Kendall policies.
