About The Position

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Manager to oversee the overall operations of its games room in a high-volume, fast-paced entertainment center. The games room features arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, bumper cars, and other attractions. The manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, running a retail-style prize center, analyzing game payouts, and training and maintaining team members across a variety of positions, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate is energetic and driven, has a solid work ethic and positive attitude, and demonstrates superior guest service skills. The role also includes arcade audits, inventory and prize-store activities, reporting, and reconciliation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to analyze reports.
• Proficiency with Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Knowledge of Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros, and Embed software.
