Requirements

• 1-3 years of related experience required
• Experience in AP/AR desirable
• Industry experience desirable
• High School or equivalent degree is required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains Accounts Receivable inbox
• Ensure bank statement accuracy
• Notify pricing of import deposits
• Assist in cash reconciliations
• Resolve and research payments and deposits from all departments
• Research process, load and post checks received through lockbox
• Maintain the lockboxes, address any issues
• Process ACH and Check returns
• Reconcile customers’ accounts
• Process ACH NACHA payment files
• Support other accounting functions as needed
