About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler for its Field Design & Service Center team. The role begins with administrative and clerical duties, customer service, jewelry intake photography and tracking, polishing, and quality control. The apprentice learns the basics of jewelry repair and trains toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through the company’s training program. The position offers opportunities to develop from apprentice to artisan in a promote-from-within environment. The team delivers customer-first custom jewelry design and repair services. The role is full-time, consisting of a 40-hour work week, with varying hours that include some nights and weekends and seasonal required overtime.

Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design.
Basic jewelry or jewelry repair knowledge, including stone setting, sizing, polishing, or jewelry repair.
