About The Position
Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Apprentice Jewelers for its Field Design & Service Center Teams. The role begins with administrative and clerical work, customer service, jewelry intake photography and tracking, polishing, and quality control, while the apprentice learns the basics of jewelry repair and trains toward becoming a Bench Jeweler. Signet provides a full training program and opportunities to advance from apprentice to artisan in a promote-from-within environment. Candidates with a passion for learning the jeweler trade are welcome; basic jewelry or repair knowledge is preferred but not required. The team is dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.
Requirements
- Customer-service mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- High standard for quality work.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
- Ability to multitask and manage time.
- High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred, but not required.
- Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
- Full-time work consists of a 40-hour week, with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
- Complete administrative and clerical tasks.
- Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.

- Meet quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
