About The Position

Signet Jewelers is hiring an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler for its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role offers a training program to build skills from apprentice toward Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to advance in a promote-from-within environment.

Apprentices learn the business through administrative and customer service responsibilities, interaction with stores and customers, clerical tasks, jewelry photography for intake and tracking, and introductory jewelry repair work such as polishing and quality control. The team is dedicated to providing a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs. Full-time work consists of 40 hours per week, with seasonal required overtime; hours vary and include some nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design is preferred but not required.
• High school degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work varying hours, including some nights and weekends; seasonal overtime is required.
