About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join its Field Design & Service Center teams. The role provides a full training program to develop skills from Apprentice to Jeweler, with the opportunity to progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler in a promote-from-within environment.

Apprentices learn the business from the ground up. Work includes customer service and interaction with stores and customers, administrative and clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning the basics of jewelry repair through polishing and quality control. The team delivers a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• Ability to work varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• A high school degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.

• Basic knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities
