About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join its Field Design & Service Center teams. Team members restore jewelry, perform repairs, and may design and create custom pieces according to their skillset. The role supports a Customer-First experience and offers opportunities to develop from beginner to artisan through training, continuous learning, and a promote-from-within environment. Pay is based on current jeweler skillset and experience. Full-time work consists of 40 hours per week, with varying hours that may include nights and weekends and seasonal required overtime.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• 1–3 years of Bench Jeweler or relevant skilled-trades experience working with fine metals.
• Pass a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-service mindset and a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Seasonal overtime is required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge or experience in stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair.
• High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Restore jewelry and perform jewelry repairs.
• Perform chain and clasp repairs, re-tip prongs, and set stones.
• Create stone mountings and perform channel and platinum rebuilds.
• Perform minor ring repairs and other jewelry repairs.
• Carve wax, fabricate and cast jewelry.
• Design and create custom jewelry, including CAD/CAM design work.
• Deliver a Customer-First experience that meets or exceeds customers’ expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs.
