About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Apprentice Jewelers to join its Field Design & Service Center Teams. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up while completing administrative and customer-service work and developing jewelry repair skills, with training toward becoming a Bench Jeweler. The company offers a full training program and a promote-from-within path from apprentice to artisan.

The work includes interacting with stores and customers, completing administrative and clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning jewelry repair basics such as polishing and quality control. Candidates with basic jewelry or jewelry-repair knowledge are welcome, as are candidates with a strong interest in learning the trade. The team is dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.

• Basic knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design.
