About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role offers a training program designed to develop skills from apprentice level toward becoming a Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to advance in a promote-from-within environment.

Apprentices learn the business from the ground up. Work includes customer service and interactions with stores and customers, administrative and clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning jewelry repair basics such as polishing and quality control. Candidates with basic jewelry or repair knowledge are welcome, as are candidates who have a strong interest in learning the jeweler trade.

The team is dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience that exceeds expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs. The position is full-time, consisting of a 40-hour work week, with seasonal required overtime and varying hours that include some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
