About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler for its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role offers a full training program to develop skills toward becoming a Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to progress from apprentice to artisan in a promote-from-within environment. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up while supporting customers and stores, completing administrative and clerical work, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning jewelry repair fundamentals such as polishing and quality control. Candidates with basic jewelry or repair knowledge are welcome, but a passion and desire to learn the trade will also be considered. The team focuses on delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• Varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Seasonal required overtime.
• A high school degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
