About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role provides a training program to develop jewelry skills and progress from Apprentice toward Bench Jeweler. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up, beginning with administrative and clerical work, customer service, interacting with stores and customers, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, polishing, and quality control. Candidates with basic jewelry or jewelry repair knowledge are welcome, and candidates with a passion and desire to learn the trade will also be considered. Requirements

• Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design is preferred but not required.
• High school degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time schedule consists of a 40-hour work week, with seasonal required overtime.
