About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role provides a full training program to develop jewelry skills and progress from apprentice toward Bench Jeweler. The position begins with administrative and customer service responsibilities, jewelry intake photography and tracking, polishing, and quality control, while learning the basics of jewelry repair. Team members may advance from apprentice to artisan through the company's promote-from-within training journey. The team is focused on delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• High standards for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred, but not required.
• Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time schedule consists of 40 hours per week, with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with company stores and customers.
• Complete administrative and clerical tasks.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
