About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role provides a full training program to develop skills from apprentice toward Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to progress from apprentice to artisan in a promote-from-within environment.

Apprentices learn the business from the ground up. Duties include customer service and interactions with stores and customers, administrative and clerical work, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning basic jewelry repair through polishing and quality control. The position supports the Design & Service Center Team in delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs. Candidates with a passion and desire to learn the jeweler trade may be considered even without prior jewelry experience.
