About The Position

Weiler has been a leader in creating value-enhancing solutions for cleaning, grinding, cutting, deburring, and finishing for four generations. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will start by learning our processes and operating semi-automatic press machines. Your pay and career will grow as you gain skills in various brush and abrasive product making departments. There are opportunities to advance into more complex manufacturing roles, such as set-up technicians, or to move into a maintenance role. We also value the experience of our hourly employees and promote from within to other professional roles.

Requirements

• Basic Measurement Skills
• Ability to Speak & Read in English
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly and stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Able to wear safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection.
• Must be 18 years of age
